Calculation basis used in this site:
Stage 1 = 40% of the pay difference for Grades 1–9 and 50% for Grades 10–20.
Stage 2 = 70% for Grades 1–9 and 75% for Grades 10–20.
The 1 July 2026 annual increment is added only for employees who satisfy the minimum service requirement; in this NASCK version, “Joined before 2026 = Yes” is used as the eligibility check. If service is not more than 6 months on 1 July 2026, Stage 1 pays only House Rent, Medical Allowance and Class Teachership besides the payable basic—no PF, Education, Tiffin, Transport, Mobile or Other Allowance. Stage 3 = full revised basic after the annual increment due on 1 July 2027, while the existing allowance basis continues through 31 December 2027.
From 1 January 2028, the revised allowance rates are used.
NASCK-specific settings in this calculator: Class Teachership Tk 800; education allowance Tk 500 per child up to 2 children;
Mobile Allowance Tk 500 for Grades 1–5 and Tk 200 for Grades 6–20; PF authority contribution is calculated at 10% of the payable basic.
Any individual/special allowance not automatically determined should be entered manually.
